Village at the Sandon - Liverpool FC Hospitality at Anfield
Off-site hospitality at the Sandon - the pub where Liverpool FC was founded in 1892
The Village at the Sandon is off-site hospitality in the one building in Liverpool that can claim to have started all of this. The Sandon was owned by John Houlding, Liverpool's first president, and when he and Everton's committee fell out in 1892 they left Anfield to him - so he founded a new club to fill it. Guests eat and drink in the Sandon before the match, with exclusive post-match access afterwards, and walk to the ground from there.

Where you sit
A match ticket at Anfield is included with the package; the hospitality itself is at the Sandon rather than in the ground. The seat allocation is confirmed for your fixture before you book rather than left open.
Lounge access
Entrance to the Village at the Sandon before the match, with food and service in the pub and the pre-match atmosphere that comes with a room full of Liverpool supporters a few minutes from the ground. Exclusive post-match access is included, which is the part regulars rate most - the walk back is short and the pub is yours rather than heaving. Exact timings and the menu for your fixture are confirmed in writing before you book.
How Village at the Sandon compares
The Sandon is the only Liverpool package where the appeal is the venue rather than the ground. Brodies, the Premier Club and the Anfield Beat all put you in a lounge inside Anfield with a padded seat attached. This one puts you in the pub where the club was founded, with a match ticket, and gives you somewhere to go afterwards rather than joining the crowd straight out of the ground.

Village at the Sandon FAQs
What is the Village at the Sandon?
Off-site Liverpool hospitality held at the Sandon, the pub a short walk from Anfield where the club was founded. Guests eat and drink there before the match, walk to the ground for kick-off, and have exclusive access back at the Sandon afterwards. A match ticket at Anfield is included.
Why is the Sandon significant to Liverpool FC?
It was owned by John Houlding, Liverpool's first president. When Houlding and Everton's committee fell out in 1892, Everton left Anfield and Houlding was left with a ground and no team - so he founded Liverpool FC to fill it. The club was formed in this building, which makes it the closest thing the club has to a birthplace.
Is the hospitality inside Anfield?
No. The hospitality is at the Sandon, a short walk from the ground, and a match ticket at Anfield is included. If you would rather be in a lounge inside the stadium with a padded seat attached, Brodies, the Premier Club and the Anfield Beat are the packages to look at.
What happens after the match?
Exclusive post-match access at the Sandon is included, which is the part most guests rate. You walk back from the ground rather than straight into the crowds heading for the city, and the pub is reserved for hospitality guests.
What is the dress code at Anfield hospitality?
Smart casual across the lounges. Brodies and the Anfield Beat are sports bars and relaxed with it; the Premier Club suites are a little more formal. Away colours are not appropriate in the home hospitality areas. We confirm the rule for your specific lounge before the day if your group has something particular in mind.
Is this official Liverpool FC hospitality?
The packages are sourced through our network of authorised hospitality suppliers rather than the secondary market, and every booking is confirmed to you in writing before you commit. DN Global is not Liverpool FC's official hospitality provider and does not present itself as one - what we guarantee is that the facility and inclusions you are quoted are the ones you receive.
Can I book this package for a group?
Yes - DN Global arrange Anfield hospitality for groups of all sizes, and seats are confirmed together rather than scattered across the block. Tell us your numbers, your fixture and the occasion and your account manager will confirm what can be sourced.
How do I get to Anfield?
Anfield is about two miles from Liverpool city centre, in Anfield itself rather than on the waterfront. There is no station at the ground - the usual routes are the Soccerbus from Sandhills on the Merseyrail Northern line, the 917 and 26 buses from the city centre, or a taxi, which takes fifteen minutes on a normal day and considerably longer after full time. DN Global can arrange private transfers as part of your package.
