Premium hospitality across the 2027 Ashes series

The Ashes returns to England in 2027, and the oldest rivalry in cricket is played out across five Test matches from Friday 18 June to Monday 2 August. The series visits five of the country's great grounds - Trent Bridge in Nottingham, Lord's in London, Edgbaston in Birmingham, the Utilita Bowl in Southampton and the Kia Oval - with England attempting to reclaim an urn they lost 1-4 in Australia the previous winter.

It is a genuinely unusual summer. Southampton stages a men's Ashes Test for the first time in its history, becoming only the tenth ground in the United Kingdom ever to do so. The men's and women's Ashes run alongside each other. And the series opener at Trent Bridge begins on a Friday, which is rarer than it sounds - most English Tests start midweek.

DN Global arranges premium hospitality across all five Tests, sourced through our network. We do not publish prices. Tell us which Test or Tests you want, how many guests you are bringing and whether the booking is personal or corporate, and your named account manager will come back with exactly what can be arranged - all-inclusive, in writing, with no hidden fees and no obligation to book.

DN Global is not the official hospitality provider for England Cricket or the ECB. Ashes experiences are sourced through our network and confirmed to you in writing before booking.

The Ashes 2027 schedule - all five Tests

Six weeks, five grounds, and a different character to every one of them. Each Test has its own hospitality page.

First Test · Trent Bridge

Lord's hospitality

Third Test · Edgbaston

Thursday 8 - Monday 12 July 2027. The loudest Test ground in England, and England's fortress against Australia.

Edgbaston hospitality

Fourth Test · Utilita Bowl

Wednesday 21 - Sunday 25 July 2027. A first men's Ashes Test for Southampton, and the 10th UK ground ever to stage one.

Utilita Bowl hospitality

Fifth Test · The Oval

The Oval hospitality
The grounds

Five venues, five very different days out

Trent Bridge opens the series on 18 June. It is widely held to be the most handsome Test ground in England, and the pavilion end has a particular quality of light in midsummer that photographs better than anywhere else on the circuit. Nottingham is a compact, walkable host city, which makes it an easy first stop for anyone following the whole series.

Lord's follows on 30 June. There is no equivalent anywhere in the sport - the Long Room, the slope running eight feet across the square, the honours boards in the home and away dressing rooms that a player spends a career trying to get onto. An Ashes Test at Lord's is the single most requested day of any English cricket summer, and it is the first to go.

Edgbaston on 8 July is the loudest ground in the country and England's most reliable fortress against Australia. The Hollies Stand generates an atmosphere closer to a football terrace than a cricket ground, and the noise on a Saturday of an Ashes Test carries a long way down the Pershore Road.

The Utilita Bowl on 21 July is the novelty of the summer - a modern bowl set in open Hampshire countryside on the edge of Southampton, staging its first men's Ashes Test. It is the only ground on the list with a hotel and golf course on site, which changes the shape of the trip entirely: guests can stay where they watch.

The Kia Oval closes the series on 29 July. South London in high summer, gasholders behind the pavilion, and a ground that has decided more Ashes series than any other. If the urn is still live going into the final Test, there is no better ticket in English sport.

What we arrange

Ashes hospitality - what is available

Each county club runs its own hospitality operation, so the offer differs ground to ground.

Premium reserved seating

Allocated seats in the better parts of the ground, with genuine sightlines down the wicket rather than square-on at long range.

Private and shared dining

From a shared table in a hospitality restaurant through to a private box or suite for a full corporate group, with a drinks reception, lunch and afternoon tea across the day.

Hosted bar

Inclusive drinks through the day at most tiers - the detail of what is and is not included varies by ground and is always confirmed in writing first.

Dedicated entrances

Hospitality guests enter through their own gate rather than the general queue, which matters on a full Ashes Saturday.

Former player hosting

Several grounds run hosted tables with former England and Australia players, including Q&A sessions during the intervals. Availability differs by Test and by day.

Multi-Test itineraries

Packages across two or more Tests, built around your travel dates - the standard request from visitors coming over from Australia.

Corporate groups

Two guests through to large private boxes, invoiced directly with full VAT documentation and one named account manager throughout.

Matchday detail

Programmes, souvenir items and access to the ground through the full day of play, rather than a session-only ticket.

Travelling from Australia

Following the Ashes from Australia

An Ashes tour of England is the trip a great many Australian supporters plan years in advance, and it is a genuinely long one - six weeks from the first ball at Trent Bridge to the last at the Oval. Most visitors do not attempt the entire series. The usual shape is two or three Tests, chosen around a fortnight or three weeks in the country, with the Lord's Test almost always among them.

DN Global arranges the whole thing rather than just the seats: hospitality at each Test you attend, hotel recommendations in each host city, and transport between grounds. Every ground on the 2027 list is reachable from London by direct train - Nottingham in around an hour and three quarters, Birmingham in an hour and a half, Southampton in an hour and a quarter - so a single London base works for the full series if you would rather not keep moving.

One practical note for anyone booking from Australia: the time difference means email exchanges can lose a day each way. Tell us your timezone at the point of enquiry and your account manager will work to your hours, including calls outside UK business time. We would rather do that than have a booking drift for a week over three emails.

For business

The Ashes for corporate entertaining

Test cricket is unusually well suited to client entertainment, and the reason is simply structural. A day of play runs about six hours across three sessions, broken by a forty-minute lunch and a twenty-minute tea. That is a great deal more time in a guest's company than a football match or a race day allows, and the pace of the sport means conversation is never competing with the action.

The five-day format also gives flexibility that single-day events cannot. A group can take a Thursday when the ground is quieter and the hospitality is more relaxed, or a Saturday when it is full and loud - and on an Ashes Test both have their argument. If you are entertaining international clients, the fact that this is England against Australia does a lot of the explaining for you.

We arrange bookings from a pair of guests through to large private boxes across all five grounds. Corporate clients are invoiced directly with full VAT documentation, and one named account manager handles the account from first enquiry through to the day itself.

The Ashes 2027 hospitality FAQs

The men's Ashes 2027 runs from Friday 18 June to Monday 2 August 2027, across five Test matches in England. The First Test begins at Trent Bridge on 18 June and the series concludes at the Kia Oval, where the Fifth Test runs from 29 July to 2 August. Note that the opening Test starts on a Friday rather than the more usual Wednesday or Thursday. The ECB has not yet published daily start times for the 2027 series.

Five grounds host the 2027 series: Trent Bridge in Nottingham (First Test, 18-22 June), Lord's in London (Second Test, 30 June to 4 July), Edgbaston in Birmingham (Third Test, 8-12 July), the Utilita Bowl in Southampton (Fourth Test, 21-25 July) and the Kia Oval in London (Fifth Test, 29 July to 2 August). Southampton hosts a men's Ashes Test for the first time, becoming only the tenth ground in the United Kingdom ever to stage one.

Yes. DN Global can arrange hospitality across more than one Test venue, and multi-Test itineraries are particularly popular with visitors travelling from Australia who are in England for several weeks. The two London Tests - Lord's at the end of June and the Oval at the end of July - bookend the series and are the most straightforward pairing for a single base. Trent Bridge and Edgbaston sit within easy reach of each other in the Midlands. Tell us how long you are in the country and we will build the itinerary around it.

Inclusions vary considerably by ground and by tier, because each county club runs its own hospitality operation rather than there being one series-wide product. Typical options combine a premium reserved seat with a private or shared dining venue, a drinks reception, lunch and afternoon tea through the day, a hosted bar, a matchday programme and dedicated entrances. Some grounds offer former-player hosting and Q&A sessions. DN Global is not the official hospitality provider for the ECB, so your account manager will set out in writing exactly what is being sourced at your chosen Test before you commit to anything.

It is one of the strongest corporate entertaining occasions in the British summer. A day of Test cricket runs roughly six hours of play across three sessions, with two substantial intervals - which gives guests far more conversation time than a ninety-minute football match or a single race. Groups from two guests through to large private boxes can be accommodated, and corporate bookings are invoiced directly with full VAT documentation.

Yes. For visitors travelling from Australia in particular, we arrange the complete trip: hospitality at one or more Tests, hotel recommendations in each host city, and transport between grounds. Nottingham, Birmingham and Southampton are all well connected to London by rail, so a London base works for the whole series if you would rather not move hotels. Tell us your arrival and departure dates and we will work backwards from them.

As early as you reasonably can. An Ashes summer in England is the highest-demand cricket in the world, and the marquee days - the Lord's Test, the weekend days at Edgbaston, and any day at the Oval where the urn is still live - are committed well ahead of the summer. Booking early gives you a genuine choice of ground, day and dining. Later enquiries are always welcome and we will tell you honestly what remains rather than overstate it.
