Common questions about football hospitality

Football hospitality is a premium matchday experience that goes beyond a standard ticket - a hosted day built around the game. It typically pairs a premium padded seat with access to a private lounge or suite, pre-match dining, drinks and a matchday programme. The exact offer varies by club and package tier, but the principle is the same: a complete, looked-after occasion rather than just a place in the stand.

Most football hospitality packages include a premium match seat, access to a lounge or suite, pre-match dining, drinks and half-time refreshments, with a matchday programme on many tiers. Inclusions vary by club, lounge and fixture - your named DN Global account manager confirms exactly what each option includes before you commit. Every price is all-inclusive, with no booking fees or hidden charges.

Booking takes a single enquiry. Tell us the fixture, your group size and any preferences, and your named account manager sources the official hospitality options and returns the same working day with availability and all-inclusive pricing. Once you are happy, we confirm the booking and handle every detail through to matchday - one point of contact from first enquiry to full time.

Yes. Every DN Global hospitality package is sourced through official supply channels, so each ticket is official and valid and can never be refused at the gate. We do not deal in secondary-market resale tickets or print-at-home PDFs from unauthorised brokers. If a package cannot be sourced officially, we will tell you rather than put your day at risk.

For the most in-demand fixtures - derbies, top-four clashes, cup finals and season openers - hospitality can sell out months ahead. As a general rule, enquiring six to eight weeks before the fixture gives the best choice of lounges and packages. Last-minute availability does occasionally arise, so it is always worth contacting us even when the date is close.
