The Carabao Cup Final is the first major domestic trophy decided each season, and it has been played at Wembley every year since the rebuilt stadium reopened in 2008. Ninety thousand people, both ends full, and a trophy lifted at the end of it.

Very little about the 2027 edition is settled. The EFL has not published a date, and the two finalists are not decided until the two-legged semi-finals are played in January and February 2027. This page records what is genuinely known and will be updated the moment that changes - it does not offer packages that do not exist.

What makes the final different

A neutral-venue final is an easier occasion to host than a league fixture at a club ground.
