The most watched night in entertainment

The 99th Academy Awards ceremony takes place on Sunday 14 March 2027 at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood. The Oscars is the most prestigious and most watched entertainment event in the world, and for those who want to experience it beyond the television screen, a small number of exclusive access routes exist around the ceremony.

This page registers your interest. It is worth saying at the outset that the Oscars is not a ticketed event in any ordinary sense, and the honest version of what is achievable is set out below rather than buried.

DN Global is not an official partner of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, and we do not hold or sell tickets to the Academy Awards ceremony. No public ticket to the ceremony exists at any price - seats are allocated by the Academy and all attendance is subject to its approval. The after-parties named on this page are invitation-only events run by third parties with no relationship to DN Global. This page registers interest and nothing more. What is genuinely achievable for a given year is confirmed to you in writing before you commit to anything.

The experiences

What is available around Oscars 2027

A range of experiences exists across Oscar Sunday, from the carpet itself to the parties that follow it.

Oscars weekend is not a single event but a cluster of them, spread across Hollywood and Beverly Hills over roughly seventy-two hours. Access is approached event by event, and each has a separate approval process run by whoever hosts it.

Red carpet access

Access to the world-famous arrivals carpet on Hollywood Boulevard, in the hours before the ceremony begins.

Ceremony attendance

Strictly by Academy approval and available only in limited circumstances. We will tell you early and plainly whether it is realistic for your enquiry rather than leaving you to hope.

Vanity Fair Oscar Party

Widely considered the most exclusive after-party in Hollywood, held immediately after the ceremony and attended by the biggest names in film and television.

Elton John AIDS Foundation viewing party

One of the most celebrated charity events of the evening, and a fixture of Oscar Sunday for over three decades.

WME Oscars pre-party

Hosted by one of Hollywood's major talent agencies and attended by its client list across the days before the ceremony.

Mercedes-Benz viewing dinner

A Beverly Hills viewing dinner running alongside the broadcast, for guests who want the occasion without the carpet.

The occasion

Why the Oscars

The pinnacle of the global entertainment calendar, and a room almost nobody gets into.

The Academy Awards represents the summit of the entertainment year. For corporate clients, high-net-worth individuals and entertainment industry professionals, an Oscars weekend offers networking and prestige that has no real equivalent elsewhere in the calendar - precisely because so few people have ever been.

DN Global arranges the complete experience where that is what is wanted: VIP transport, five-star accommodation, red carpet styling and personal concierge support across the weekend, alongside whatever event access has been confirmed.

Who it suits

Who books Oscars hospitality

Corporate entertainment buyers

Hosting international clients at an event that carries genuine weight, and that almost none of them will have attended before.

Entertainment industry professionals

Producers, agents and executives for whom Oscars weekend is as much a working occasion as a social one.

Milestone celebrations

High-net-worth individuals marking a significant birthday, anniversary or business milestone with something that cannot be repeated.

Once-in-a-lifetime visitors

International travellers building a Los Angeles trip around awards weekend, where the city itself is part of the occasion.

Practicalities

Planning Oscars weekend

The access is only half of it. The rest is Los Angeles in its busiest week of the year.

Oscars weekend is the single busiest period in the Los Angeles calendar. Hotels across Hollywood, Beverly Hills and West Hollywood are committed months ahead, road closures around the Dolby Theatre begin days before the ceremony, and moving across the city on Oscar Sunday takes considerably longer than a map suggests.

None of that is a reason not to go. It is a reason to plan early and to have someone handling it who has done it before. DN Global arranges the complete weekend where that is what is wanted: flights, five-star accommodation positioned for the events you are actually attending, private transport that accounts for the closures, and styling ahead of any carpet.

The practical advice we give most often is to build the trip around the events that have been confirmed rather than the ones you hope will be. Confirmations across this weekend can land late, and a weekend planned around a maybe is a weekend that can unravel.

Not as a ticket buyer, and anyone telling you otherwise is not being straight with you. There is no public ticket to the Academy Awards at any price. Seats inside the Dolby Theatre are allocated by the Academy to nominees, presenters, studios, networks and their invited guests, and attendance is subject to Academy approval in every case. What we can do is register your interest, approach the authorised routes that exist around the ceremony, and be honest with you about whether ceremony attendance is realistic for your circumstances that year. For most clients the achievable experience is built around the red carpet and the after-parties rather than the room itself.

The Vanity Fair Oscar Party is widely considered the most exclusive after-party in Hollywood. Held annually on Oscar Sunday immediately after the ceremony, it is attended by the biggest names in film, television and entertainment. It is an invitation-only event run by Vanity Fair, not by DN Global, and access is entirely at the organiser's discretion. We can approach the authorised channels on your behalf and tell you honestly what came back.

The events clients most often ask for by name are the Vanity Fair Oscar Party, the Elton John AIDS Foundation Academy Awards viewing party, the WME pre-party and the Mercedes-Benz viewing dinner in Beverly Hills, alongside a number of smaller private events across the weekend. Each is run by a third party and each has its own approval process. We will tell you which are realistic before you commit to any travel.

It is one of the most prestigious corporate entertainment opportunities in the global events calendar, and one of the very few that almost no client will have done before. We arrange for corporate groups of all sizes. Bookings can be invoiced directly with full VAT documentation, and one named account manager handles the account from first enquiry through to arrival in Los Angeles.

As early as possible, and ideally six to twelve months before the ceremony. Availability across Oscars weekend is extremely limited, approvals take time, and the practical constraint is rarely access alone - central Los Angeles hotels book out for awards weekend well in advance and flights follow the same pattern. Registering your interest costs nothing and carries no obligation.

Yes. DN Global can arrange the complete Los Angeles experience alongside your event access, including flights, five-star accommodation, private transport and styling. It is quoted as one clear figure with no hidden fees, confirmed in writing before you commit.
