Refund Policy

1. Confirmed Bookings - Non-Refundable

Once a booking is confirmed and payment received, DN Global cannot offer a refund or transfer the booking to a different fixture in any of the following circumstances:

• Illness, injury, or medical emergency affecting the customer or their guests
• Bereavement
• Travel disruption (road, rail, or air delays)
• Change of plans or personal circumstances
• Work commitments
• Any other reason personal to the customer

This policy reflects our obligations to the clubs and official hospitality partners through which we source our allocations. We strongly recommend taking out personal event or travel insurance if you are concerned about any of the above.

2. Weekend Match Date Change (Saturday ↔ Sunday)

Where a Premier League fixture is moved from Saturday to Sunday (or Sunday to Saturday) for broadcast scheduling reasons, this is treated as the same fixture on a different day within the same weekend. No refund or transfer is offered in this circumstance. Your ticket and hospitality package remain valid for the fixture on the new date.

3. Midweek Date Change (Football Reasons)

If a fixture is moved to a midweek date as a result of a football authority decision (cup progression, league rescheduling, UEFA obligation), DN Global will contact you promptly and offer the following three options:

1. Transfer: Your original ticket and hospitality package are transferred to the rescheduled fixture on the new midweek date, at no additional cost.
2. Alternative fixture: We will attempt to arrange an alternative fixture of equivalent value, subject to availability. This is not guaranteed.
3. Full refund: A full refund of the amount paid will be issued if neither of the above options is suitable and the customer cannot attend the rescheduled date.

You will be given a reasonable period to choose between these options. If no response is received, option 1 (transfer to rescheduled fixture) will apply by default.

4. Postponed Fixtures

4.1 If a fixture is postponed by the relevant football authority (the Premier League, UEFA, The FA, or similar), your original ticket and hospitality booking remain valid for the rescheduled date, once announced.

4.2 If a rescheduled date is announced and you cannot attend, we will attempt to offer an alternative fixture of equivalent value, subject to availability. This is not guaranteed.

4.3 If no alternative can be arranged and the original fixture is postponed without a confirmed rescheduled date within a reasonable period, we will review the position and may issue a credit or refund at our discretion.

4.4 DN Global is not liable for any costs incurred as a result of a postponement announcement, including travel or accommodation costs booked in anticipation of the original fixture date.

5. Match Behind Closed Doors

5.1 If a fixture is played without spectators - due to any reason including public health measures, club sanctions, or stadium restrictions - DN Global will refund the ticket element of your package only.

5.2 Consequential losses are not covered. We will not be liable for travel costs, accommodation costs, subsistence, loss of earnings, or any other expenses incurred in anticipation of attending the fixture.

6. Group Bookings

6.1 For group bookings of 10 or more guests, specific terms regarding deposit structure, cancellation windows, and partial refunds may be agreed at the time of booking.

6.2 Where specific group terms have been agreed in writing by your account manager, those terms apply. Where they do not address a specific scenario, this Refund Policy applies.
