What chauffeur vehicles are available?
Our standard fleet is the Mercedes S-Class for one to three passengers, the Mercedes V-Class for groups of up to seven with luggage, and the Range Rover where a larger, higher-set vehicle suits the occasion. Every car is late-plate, in black, and completely unbranded. If you need something specific - a particular model, an executive coach for a larger party, or an accessible vehicle - tell us when you enquire and we will confirm what we can put on the road for your dates.
Can I add transfers to my hospitality package?
Yes, and it is the simplest way to arrange them. Tick the transfers box on the enquiry form and your account manager will include a travel quote alongside your hospitality quote, timed around your actual arrival and kick-off. You are quoted for both together and you can take one without the other - adding transfers to an enquiry commits you to nothing.
Do you provide airport transfers?
Yes. Airport pickups are the most common transfer we arrange. Your driver tracks the inbound flight, so a delay or an early landing adjusts the pickup rather than costing you a car, and meets you inside the terminal at arrivals with a name board. The same applies in reverse for your departure, with the pickup time set back from your check-in rather than from your take-off.
How far in advance should I book transfers?
As early as you can, and ideally at the same time as the hospitality itself. Vehicles for marquee fixtures, finals and race weekends are committed weeks ahead, and a city hosting a major event runs short of executive cars long before it runs short of hotel rooms. We can often arrange transfers at short notice, but the vehicle choice narrows and the price rises the closer you get to the date.
Are transfers available for groups?
Yes, at any size. A single V-Class carries up to seven passengers with luggage; beyond that we run multiple vehicles in convoy so a group arrives together rather than in a straggle, and for larger parties we arrange executive coaches. Group transfers are coordinated as one movement with one point of contact, which is the difference between a corporate party arriving on time and fifteen people trying to find each other in a car park.
Is the chauffeur service available internationally?
Yes. Transfers are available across the UK, throughout Europe and in most major cities worldwide, which matters because so much of what we sell is abroad - a Bernabeu fixture, a Monaco Grand Prix weekend, a Champions League final in another country. The service, the vehicle standard and the single point of contact are the same wherever you land.
