  • To process and manage your booking, including submitting your name to the club’s hospitality system for ticket allocation
  • To send you booking confirmations, ticket delivery information, and fixture updates
  • To issue VAT invoices and maintain accounting records
  • To respond to enquiries and provide customer support
  • To meet our legal obligations

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

  • Contract performance (Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR): processing your booking and delivering your tickets
  • Legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) UK GDPR): maintaining financial records as required by HMRC
  • Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR): responding to enquiries, improving our service, and communicating relevant updates to past customers

We do not rely on consent as a legal basis for core booking processing. Where we contact you for marketing purposes, you may opt out at any time.

5. How Long We Keep Your Data

  • Booking and financial records: 7 years from the date of the transaction, in line with HMRC requirements
  • Enquiries that did not convert to a booking: 12 months from last contact
  • Communications: deleted after 3 years unless part of an active booking record

6. Who We Share Your Data With

We share the minimum necessary personal data with the following categories of third party:

  • Football clubs and their official hospitality partners - your full name is shared solely for ticket registration. No additional personal data is passed.
  • Payment processors - to facilitate secure payment. We do not store card details.
  • Accountancy software - invoice and financial record management.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

7. Your Rights Under UK GDPR

You have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

  • Right of access - you can request a copy of the data we hold about you
